Black Sea Regional Policy Approach: A Potential Contributor to European Energy Security

This paper addresses the issue of whether a Black Sea regional approach is able to enhance European energy security and contribute to the diversification strategies by promoting the common good of all the three elements of the energy chain: supplier countries, transit and consumer countries.
