Global Economic Prospects January 2011: Navigating strong currents
On January 12, 2011 the World Bank released its "Global Economic Prospects 2011". This publication contains the analysis of the World Bank concerning global economic developments in 2010, plus its expectations about 2011-2012 . Among other themes, it includes a study of the robustness of the economic performance of emerging countries, and of the limited degree to which those have been affected by problems in some high-income economies. Beyond a main analytical chapter, the publication includes also several regional and topical annexes.
