Reform of European financial regulation – improving Europe’s constitution
The lecture of Federal Minister of Finance, Dr Wolfgang Schauble, who spoke within the series of the Forum Constitutionis Europae of the Walter Hallstein Institute in Berlin on January 26. We found his lecture so interesting that we asked the Minister for permission to publish his speech within our series on the Euro crisis. This series started last December with a contribution of the former Belgian Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt.
